Write for Web3AIBlog

We accept paid guest articles and brand promotions from teams and writers working in AI, blockchain, and Web3. Approved placements get a full author byline, one DoFollow profile link, and permanent inclusion in our archive. Read these guidelines before pitching — submissions that ignore them are auto-rejected.

Content Submission Guidelines

  1. Topic fit and originality

Articles must cover AI, blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, DeFi, smart contracts, developer tools, or real-world asset tokenization. Content must be 100% original and human-written — never published anywhere else (including LinkedIn Articles, Medium, or your own blog). We run plagiarism and AI-detection checks; submissions flagged above ~25% AI-generated are rejected. Theory-only pieces are rejected; first-hand experience with real numbers, dates, and case studies is required.

  2. Length, structure, and format

Aim for 1,800–3,500 words of substantive content. Every article must include a Quick Answer (~50 words at the top), 5+ FAQ entries, a Key Takeaways list of 5–7 bullets, and a clear conclusion. Code samples must be tested and working. Submit as a Google Doc or Markdown file with images attached separately — not as a Word doc or pasted email body.

  3. Linking policy

Internal links to relevant existing Web3AIBlog posts are encouraged. External links must point to reputed primary sources only — official docs, peer-reviewed research, regulatory bodies (SEC, ESMA, NIST), GitHub repos, or major established media. Only one DoFollow link is allowed per article (typically the author profile link); all other links are set to NoFollow. No affiliate links, no promotional links to your own product in the body, no link exchanges, no links to gambling, casino, adult, or loan sites. One sketchy link rejects the entire submission.

  4. Editorial control

By submitting, you grant Web3AIBlog the right to edit for clarity, accuracy, length, SEO, and house style. We may add internal links, related-post sections, a Quick Answer if missing, and required disclaimers on financial, legal, or medical content. Final publication is at our editorial desk’s discretion — submission is not a guarantee of publication.

  5. Pricing and disclosure

Guest article placements and brand promotions are paid services. Email us with your pitch and we will respond with current rates, turnaround, and availability. We disclose all sponsored content clearly on the published page in compliance with FTC and search-engine guidelines. We do not accept undisclosed paid placements disguised as editorial under any circumstances.

  6. How to pitch

Email insights@web3aiblog.com with the subject line "Guest Pitch — [your proposed title]". Send only four things: the proposed title (under 70 characters), a short description of the angle (2–3 sentences), the completed article, and one profile link of your choice (your site, LinkedIn, X, or GitHub). We respond within 7 business days.
